Suggested:, 2 consecutive unexcused absences of any Board member can warrant removal from the Board of Directors
4 or more absences by a Board member may warrant discussion by the Board of Directors and possible removal of the Board
member from the Board. Removal can only come with Board approval.
Motion by Ed Kerns for a vote, 2nd by Paul Sery. Unanimous vote.
Finishing the Grant proposal for April 15 deadline
- Issue tabled until David Dauer is able to make presentation.
Website discussion
-Dan Deitsch presented information regarding the website and possibly moving the site to another server.
-Board agrees to hold a meeting on March 8th to discuss the issues regarding the Foundation's web site.

Parkapalooza Update
- Ed Kerns presented a Parkapalooza update. Costs were provided for an outdoor movie screen to close out the show.
- Board should address weather concerns for the event
- Dennis Beson presented the sponsorship goal for the 4 major sponsors and the amounts of the sponsorship
- Dennis also presented the idea for a program for the event.
New Business
- Nomination of Scott Briggs for Board member on the Board of Directors brought by Dennis Beson, 2nd by Ed Kerns. Unanimous Approval.
- Nomination of Bill Morand for Board member on the Board of Directors brought by Dennis Beson, 2nd by Ed Kerns. Unanimous Approval.
Date for next meeting was changed as agreed and will be posted on the front page of the Board of Directors page on the website.
