Approval of minutes from last meeting
Parkapalooza Kid's Coral discussion
- Julie Felske addressed the board, said that Northwood University is committed to running the Kid's Coral for the 2007 Parkapalooza.
- Ed Kerns made a brief presentation on Parkapalooza and what DStreet would like to see in the Kid's Coral.
- Ed Kerns also asked if Northwood could sponsor a team in the sand sculpting event.
- Board discussed having Kid's Coral from noon - 6:00 PM
New Logo discussion
- Nellie Mundhenk presented designs for a new dStreet logo.
- Dennis Beson calls for a vote on a new logo. Dan Deitsch seconds the motion. Board votes to approve logo design #1 over #2 by 4-2 vote.
Parkapalooza update
- 10th of August deadline for advertisements to be submitted for Parkapalooza program. Program will take 7-10 days to print. Minimum resolution for images is 300 dpi.
- July 19th: Dennis Beson will do an on air interview with Stan Parman discussion Parkapalooza.
- Sound provider discussion. Trimble and Harp, Hyperman and Sound Crafters discussed as sound providers. Trimble and Harp chosen as sound company, provided they supply power.

- DStreet t-shirts with new logo are to be ordered ASAP for Pig Gig volunteers

Greg Bever Benefit - October 25th
- Dennis Beson presented information on the Greg Bever benefit to take place on October 25th in Bay City.
- Tickets for event $10.00 and there are 500 seats to fill. Need volunteers to sell tickets.
- Volunteers needed for ushers and security.
- Renee Adams volunteers to help DStreet with the benefit.
- Event set up to create scholarships in the name of Greg Bever, former member of the Sinclairs band who passed away recently.
Website Discussion
- David Dauer discussed the need to promote the calendar on the website.
